Created using 100% Coffey still rum, a blend of double-distilled rums derived from Guyanese molasses, it is then aged for two years in ex-Bourbon casks and undergoes blending and filtration to eliminate coloration. While it reigns as the best-selling rum in St. Lucia, it remained a local treasure, never venturing beyond the island’s shores until now.
